DELIVERY
All the placed orders will be delivered in the stated address. In the same way, we may ask you to verify the information provided before the order approval and/or delivery. We will contact the customer by phone to confirm the order. If you choose cash on delivery payment you should pay when you receive your order. In the case of Paypal payments, registered postage and packing is added to the payment.

REFUNDS
We make changes of online orders for a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which they have been received. After this time, we will not accept any returns, except when the item is defective. In the case of changes due to sizing or similar, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges. All promotional offers must be returned in full. We inspect all returned items prior to any refund. We do not refund the money.
